Awesome drawing Johnny.  That thing is sick.  Have you heard talk that they might bring the SS back?

Not sure. Jason showed that drawing to me. I can't find the link anymore. Not much talk about it just the rendering.

It's an Oberdan Bezzi design.  Same guy that was throwing out alot of the possible (pre) 1098 designs and so forth.

If Ducati puts another SS on the floor, they have much to think about first, as it was possibly the most versital bike made.  Unfortunately, that puts Ducati in a quandry as they don't know what group of people to please.

Personally, use the Monster 696/1100 platform, change the tank(ergo: bigger airbox), add body work and decent suspension(696), keep it at about 350lbs dry/90hp(696)/105hp(1100) and voila instant SV killer(?).

It would need to have a resemblance to the 1198(IMHO) as the original SS was a relaxed ergo bike, based off of the 851/888.

Or just cut to the chase and make the Supermono again!  Grin
